Sunday Advent IV

The final Sunday of Advent draws us to the threshold of Bethlehem. The propers fix our gaze on the imminent birth of Christ and on Mary, the living Ark of the Covenant. The Scriptures call for readiness, purity, and obedience as the mystery of the Incarnation unfolds. The Church invites us to interior silence, Marian fidelity, and confident expectation as the Word prepares to take flesh and dwell among us.
