Votive to Our Lady

If you’re unable due to COVID or any other situation e.g. infirmity, housebound, etc to visit a church to offer a votive in token of a prayer intention for a loved one… Simply complete this form and we will light a candle in the chapel before the icon of the Blessed Virgin Mary for you with your prayer intention.
